In fact, the selected fabric features the heaviest knit structure in the Hincapie lineup. However, the fabric still maintains a soft-to-the-touch feeling against the skin. This is complemented by the outer-layer’s Lycra and nylon blended-makeup. Accordingly, the vest effectively wicks away moisture to keep you dry and at a consistent internal temperature. For fit, the vest’s four-way stretch assists in its conforming to your body shape. You’ll notice that the Ronde actually fits and feels more like a summer-weight jersey than a vest.
